Our personal lifeline alarms are worn as a button around your neck or on your wrist at all times when you are in your home or garden.

By pressing the button alarm, you can contact the Progress Lifeline alarm response centre 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to request assistance. Depending on the situation, the operative will either offer reassurance, phone your nominated contact or alert the emergency services. Our core Progress Lifeline service can work with or without a landline.
