Progress Lifeline has been delivering personal pendant alarm and telecare services to people throughout Lancashire for 30 years.
We are Lancashire County Council's preferred supplier of technology enabled care services and we work in partnership with LCC to help people in Lancashire to live independently.

We work to the highest standards and targets set by the Telecare Services Association.
In 2014, we successfully retained our Platinum Member Telecare Services Assocition status. To become a Platinum Member, organisations must:
- Gain accreditation in every module of the Code of Practice for the services that they provide
- Answer 98.5% of calls within 60 seconds.
